My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The service was truly exceptional, especially thanks to Camille, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect, right near restaurants and attractions, making it so convenient for a fun getaway. The room had a great view of the Gulf, and the amenities were top-notch. On the downside, I did notice a slight odor in the carpet, and the 'corner suite' view wasn't as expected. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay!

My recent stay at the hotel was quite underwhelming. While there were some moments with my daughters that I cherished, several issues dampened our experience. The movie system went down when we needed it most, and a noisy dog in the nearby room made it difficult to relax. On a positive note, the amenities in the hotel were nice, and the location was convenient, but overall, it did not live up to my expectations.

I had a fantastic experience at San Luis Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel offers stunning views of the ocean, and my VIP room was just beautiful. However, I did find the costs a bit high with parking and dining fees adding up. Despite that, my overall stay was luxurious and enjoyable.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Villas at San Luis Resort! The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for our girls' weekend. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The one downside was a mix of service levels among staff members, as some were less attentive than others. Overall, the amenities and ambiance truly made our stay special.
